OK,

Here's a couple of copies of my forms.

Click on the form to open it and the you can print it to A4 (normal size) paper.

This is the poster I'm using, it has tabs on it that people tear off, take away, go on the web site and sponsor me. Print a copy out and get it put up at work or your local bike shop.



This is the sponsorship form.

Print a copy out, get it filled in, call me and I'll tell you where to post the cheque to.
