I had the weekend off (14th-15th April). I went for a ride on the Friday and couldn't really get into it. Seven weeks of six days training gets to you after a while.
I went running on Monday and felt great, I'll see what a difference it makes tomowwow when I do 2 3/4 hrs running and then on Friday when I go and do some sprint and hills.
I won't get to do a full days ride this weekend, my sister's moving on Saturday and I've a work colleague coming over from America on Sunday so I'll have to do what I can, probably a couple of hours on Sunday will be it.
I'm feeling quite fit and I get another three full days out before I go, I think I'll be fine.
